As we approach the new year, it’s time to evaluate the good, the bad, and the ugly. Are you satisfied with your productive efforts in 2016?  The best way to set business goals for 2017 is to conduct an internal SWOT test of your business plan.

SWOT:

  4. Threats

Examine each in light of marketing, client retention, lead generation, office systems and processes, client satisfaction, etc. This will be a revelatory experience that will lead to critical thought and action. And it’s called “business building.”
