Both the best and worst of times can introduce exciting opportunities for you and your clients and prospects. When times are good and consumer optimism is on the rise, seek out those clients and prospects who have been reluctant to take next steps with recommended products and/or services you have introduced. Economic momentum is a powerful motivator for the reluctant and undecided.
On the other hand, if the worst of times is beginning to prevail, with headlines reading “Market Correction” or “Uncertainty on Wall Street,” communicate with your clients on an even more frequent basis to help keep them calm and reassured.
